Independent Living Clinic Nurse RN or LPN

Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 40 Year Track Record of Excellence and a 5-star nursing home rating – Quality Care. We are currently seeking hospitality minded full-time Independent Living Clinic RN or LPN. Monday-Friday

Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.

Responsibilities: and Duties

Independent Living Nurse is an RN / LPN who is responsible to coordinate health services to independent residents.

Essential job duties

• 1.
• Physician assistance on clinic days.
• Make recommendations regarding needs of residents.
• 2.
• Coordinated resident clinic appointments and resident physician orders.
• 3.
• Run blood pressure clinic.
• 4.
• Coordinate supportive services.
• 5.
• Responds to lifeline emergency calls as needed.
• 6.
• Completes assessments on Independent residents prior to admission.
• 7.
• Floor duties as needed.

Qualifications: and Skills

Requires valid RN/LPN license, CPR card and must pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical.
