Lead the provision of patient-oriented pharmaceutical care services, including the creation of care plans and therapeutic drug monitoring. Educate professional staff and other disciplines on appropriate drug therapy and utilization trends.
Requires a PharmD or a pharmacy degree with 10 years of experience, plus a residency or 4 years of relevant practice experience. Must be licensed in Nebraska and hold a BLS certification from an AHA-endorsed program.
