Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for behavioral health patients in their homes. Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and maintain clinical documentation according to agency policy.
Candidates must hold an HHA or CNA certification and have at least one year of caregiving experience. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
