Manage and coordinate a caseload of clients and families, performing intake assessments and safety planning. Act as a central liaison between clients, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to facilitate trauma-informed treatment and resources.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience, with a Master's in Social Work preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and obtain BLS certification within two weeks of hire.
