Provide and manage nursing care for adolescent male patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, and coordinating treatment with an interdisciplinary team.
Requires a Florida LPN license and an Associate's degree or BSN. Experience in psychiatric behavioral health or substance abuse treatment is preferred but not required.

As a LPN , you will be working with compassionate and motivated members of our interdisciplinary treatment team. Our clients present with a variety of mental health, substance use, and behavioral disorders. This position is ideal for individuals interested in a supportive and nurturing treatment setting with a lot of care and attention given to supervision and training.
Provide and manage nursing care of adolescent male patients receiving Residential level of care for psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, and childhood trauma Perform daily patient assessments Complete necessary patient documentation in our EMR, Kipu Coordinate treatment of the patient’s medical or psychosocial needs in collaboration with psychiatric providers, medical providers, therapists, program directors, and case managers Conduct new patient admissions, including biopsychosocial assessment and medication reconciliation Medication administration Communicate with local pharmacies to ensure provider’s orders have been fulfilled Utilize therapeutic communication Provide necessary patient education at an age appropriate level Administer PPD
Associates Degree or BSN Florida LPN license Experience with adolescents preferred but not required Experience in psychiatric behavioral health care and/or substance abuse treatment Proficient documentation skills and habits with EMR system experience
