The Advanced Community Care Clinician is a clinical role responsible for delivering medical care in the communities where Cityblock members live in homes, shelters, offices, public places or in the street. The ACCC/AC3 is primarily responsible for facilitating virtual provider visits with Cityblock members and following medical orders, performing clinical skills and tasks within their scope, training, and policy, which may include IV insertion, IV/IM/SQ medication administration, 12 EKG, Phlebotomy, etc. (Dependent upon local legal regulations)
Current EMT Paramedic certification required.
Work Experience: 4+ Years

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$25.48 - $32.69 Hourly
