What you'll do: Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff Build lasting relationships with residents and their families

• Benefits: Hourly range of $16-22 CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and get $500/month applied towards a nursing program. Training On the job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience

Requirements

Current CNA certification Effective communication with coworkers and residents Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care Job Duties Answer residents' call lights to determine needs Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
