The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for administering medications, treatments, and managing resident charts and physician communications. They also assist in developing service plans and coordinating care with the Wellness Director.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a current professional LPN/LVN license and CPR certification. Effective English communication skills and adherence to state health requirements are mandatory.
