Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Mukwonago Med/Surg - Pool FTE

• The Certified Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care working under the direction of the registered nurse per the ANA standards. The primary responsibilities of the C.N.A. in this role include:
• Communicate changes in patient situations/conditions that would require notification to the RN. This Performs efficient and effective patient bedside handoffs at shift change using SBAR communication methodologies to communicate patient care activities.
• Assists with patient activities as delegated by the RN including activities of daily living (i.e. dressing, ambulating, toileting, eating, grooming, oral care and bathing.) #LI-TG

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS CPR) required
• Active/expired Certified Nursing Assistant on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
