Perform and report automated and manual clinical laboratory test results to support clinical trials and diagnostic operations. Maintain laboratory supplies, verify quality control, and ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-5 years of relevant experience in clinical laboratory practices. Must be proficient in complex testing procedures and possess a valid California clinical laboratory license.
Needed for This Role: Ability to troubleshoot laboratory equipment, resolve process issues, and perform complex laboratory calculations including averages, means, standard deviations, and quality control metrics Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
