The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to create and revise plans of care. They also manage discharge planning under the supervision of a physician.
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and maintain an active state license and necessary certifications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants are required.
