The RN is responsible for developing and implementing patient plans of care while monitoring clinical outcomes against national benchmarks. They provide supervision to Home Health Aides and coordinate with physicians to manage patient conditions and discharges.
Requires a current Massachusetts RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience (or six months with a BSN). BSN, home care experience, and IV skills are preferred.
Successful passage of VNA pre-hire medication test Current RN license in Mass. and other related credentials to meet specialty. Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required or 6 months of nursing experience with a BSN. CPR certification required. Home care and IV experience, computer skills and BSN preferred.
