Job Quick Facts: \n\n• Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology\n• Job Type: Locum Tenens\n• Facility Location: Fredericksburg, VA\n• Service Setting: Inpatient\n• Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing\n• Shifts needed to be filled:\n- Jul 2-3, 14-15, 16-18, 19-20\n- Aug 1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 9-10, 17-19, 22-24\n• Coverage Type: Call Only\n• Call Schedule: 24-hr call; 7a-7a\n• Call Type: In-House\n• Patient Volume: 16-20\n• Ave. Annual Deliveries: 1700\n• Admissions Required: Yes\n• Rounding Included: Yes\n• Physicians in Practice: 2 OBGYN MDs on call 24/7\n- Within a 24/hr shift\n• Support Staff: 5 RNs & 2 APPs\n• Required Procedures:\n- Low & high-risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation (Level I/Screening (viability) & Level II/Targeted (anatomic)\n- Amniocentesis, Routine & Complicated delivery\n• EMR: Epic\n• Trauma Level: II\n• Facility PEDS Level: III\n• Beds in the Dept: 16\n• Other Info:\n- Looking for as many shifts as we are able to fill at this time; We do not schedule consecutive shifts but would be willing to work with a locum to do every other day.\n- 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage available.\n• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes\n• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered\n\nRequirements:\n• Active VA License\n• BC/BE\n• BLS
