How you’ll make an impact in this role Enhances Patient Care

• LPNs conduct patient intakes, assist with specialized in-office ENT procedures, and provide education on medications, prevention, and post-op care.
• Improves
• Clinic
• Efficiency: LPNs handle room turnover, instrument sterilization, and supply restocking to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Facilitates
• Communication: By acting as a liaison, LPNs relay information between patients and providers, manage documentation, and assist with scheduling and triage.

• Control: They enforce strict sanitization protocols and maintain high standards for handling scopes and equipment.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OK or KS state licensure required relevant to where the employee works. Knowledge and skill in writing prescriptions for the Physician as needed.

Education

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking Primacy Care experience is preferred 1+ years of LPN experience highly preferred
