The APP will work closely with cardiologists to independently manage patient care and provide education to patients. The role focuses on general cardiology, EP, and vascular subspecialties within an outpatient setting.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with a Master's degree in nursing and an active Texas license. At least two years of cardiology experience is preferred, along with valid DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
As an APP in Cardiology, you’ll work closely with our Cardiologists and independently manage patient care, guiding and educating patients throughout their visits. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least two years in cardiology; prior APP experience preferred but not required. New graduates will be considered.
Primarily outpatient therefore strong outpatient experience is ideal.
Master’s degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active Texas license (or willingness to obtain).
