Design, fabricate, and fit orthotic and prosthetic devices to provide care for patients with disabling conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate patient needs and maintain accurate medical records.
Requires a bachelor's degree in orthotics and prosthetics from a CAAHEP accredited program and a current license from the Texas Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics. Must hold certification from ABC or BOC and a current CPR certification.
