The LPN is responsible for administering medications, managing resident care plans, and coordinating daily services with nursing staff. They also provide leadership to personnel and maintain detailed records for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited institution and a current, unencumbered LPN license for the state. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and knowledge of nursing facility laws and HIPAA guidelines are required.
