The LPN is responsible for managing patient care plans, administering medications, and coordinating daily services for residents. They provide leadership to nursing personnel and ensure all care is delivered according to established policies and resident wishes.
Candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited institution and a current, unencumbered LPN license. Active CPR/BLS certification and proficiency in English and Electronic Medical Records are also required.
