The provider will direct and coordinate medical and clinical services for youth and adult consumers in crisis, including psychiatric assessments and medication management. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with the clinical team and legal systems for involuntary evaluations.
Candidates must be a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an unrestricted Virginia nursing license and DEA registration. Required credentials include APRN certification and the ability to pass state-mandated background checks.
