The therapist provides direct clinical services, including diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy. They are responsible for completing psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Valid state licensure in Indiana is required to perform the role.
