Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (required) Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats Familiarity with the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches
