The role involves conducting clinical groups and biopsychosocial assessments to support individuals with substance use or mental health disorders. The staff member assists primary therapists in managing caseloads, documentation, and discharge planning under the Clinical Director's guidance.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field is required. Preference is given to candidates with a Master's degree and active California certifications such as APCC, ACSW, AMFT, CADC, or SUDDC.
Banyan Treatment Centers is recruiting a full-time Clinical Support staff to join our treatment team in Cathedral City, California.
As part of the Clinical team, the Clinical Support staff is pivotal in serving individuals with primary substance use or mental-health disorders. This role involves conducting groups, assisting the primary Therapist in managing patient caseloads, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and supporting various patient care activities under the guidance of the attending Clinical Director(s).
