Provide routine care and assist participants with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor health status through vital signs and weights while documenting care in accordance with established policies.
Requires a valid state CNA license, First Aid and BLS certifications, and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with the frail or elderly and possess a valid driver's license with personal transportation.
