The Quality Assurance LVN implements the Quality Improvement Program and reviews clinical charting for compliance with Medicare and Agency standards. They audit daily notes and participate in QAPI activities to identify and implement corrective measures.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LVN program and hold a current Texas LVN license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care is required, with QA experience preferred.
JOB SUMMARY The Quality Assurance LVN, under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Nurse Supervisor, implements the Quality Improvement Program and supportive activities. Review clinical charting for conformance/compliance to Medicare and Agency standards. Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities for the agency.

Required Education Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program. Experience 2 years of experience in home health care. Licenses and Certifications (LVN) LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse by Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas (or BNE Compact State). Upon Hire Preferred Experience 2 years of Home Health Quality Assurance experience
