Provide daily treatment, care, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote their independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized residential habilitation services while respecting personal choice and dignity.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with developmental disabilities. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Assisting, providing and promoting independence in the daily treatment, care and services of the people we support. Serve as members of the individuals’ planning, implementation and interdisciplinary teams.
