Requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina. Experience in long-term care and familiarity with PointClickCare or Casamba is preferred.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy services. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care team members Participate in care planning and discharge planning Contribute to a positive rehab team culture and outcomes-focused care Qualifications Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required) Advanced degree preferred Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to resident-centered care and professional growth Why Join Patewood Post Acute?
