The RN provides professional nursing care within a level 1 trauma center, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient-family centered care. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient outcomes in the operating room.
Candidates must have an Associate's in Nursing and a Michigan RN license, with a Bachelor's degree required within five years. BLS certification is required within 90 days, and 6-12+ months of RN experience is preferred.
