Job Summary We are seeking a Part-Time, 24-hour, Remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Clinical Support team. This is a high-demand, high-volume role requiring availability to support patients.
• For the 24-hour role, the schedule would be 8:30 AM–5:30 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The ideal candidate will have strong primary care experience and a demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of patient needs in a virtual setting. Responsibilities include conducting virtual patient consultations, managing medication refill requests, and coordinating patient care. This role is integral to the delivery of timely, high-quality patient care while enhancing access to services, supporting care continuity, and improving the overall efficiency of healthcare delivery. By helping to reduce administrative and clinical burden on primary care providers, this position contributes to improved patient outcomes and a seamless care experience.

Summary The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed provider. The NP is responsible for assessing and managing various patient populations, including those with medical and/or surgical conditions, as well as providing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, developing appropriate plans of care, and conducting ongoing evaluations. • Provides direct care, counseling, and education to a designated patient population in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and/or procedural settings.
• Performs complete histories and physical examinations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develops appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on the outcomes of diagnostic, laboratory, and physical examination findings.
• Orders medications and writes prescriptions according to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Consistently provides high-quality and timely documentation, including admission and progress notes, procedure notes, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
