The pharmacist is responsible for providing safe and cost-effective medication therapy through the development and monitoring of evidence-based care plans. Key duties include reviewing medication orders, consulting with medical staff, and supervising pharmacy technicians and interns.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, with a Doctoral degree preferred and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience. Candidates must obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacist License within 90 days of hire.
