Provide direct and indirect care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting to promote wellness and safety. Assist in facilitating therapeutic activities and utilize de-escalation techniques to maintain a supportive environment.
Depending on the level (I, II, or III), candidates may need between zero and two years of behavioral health patient care experience. Applicants must pass a physical exam, a drug test, and possess a valid driver's license.
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technicians to join our team and support patients of behavioral health treatment in an inpatient setting. Under close supervision, this position will play an integral role in providing direct and indirect care to individuals in need of behavioral health support.
As a Mental Health Technician, you will assist in creating a safe, supportive environment for patients, ensuring that they receive the care they need while engaging in therapeutic activities. You will be instrumental in promoting wellness and safety, helping to de-escalate difficult situations, and providing guidance as a role model for patients.
