How you’ll contribute

• The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• This role implements individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and maintain physical independence following illness or injury.
• The PTA monitors patient progress, communicates updates and potential changes to the supervising therapist, and ensures safe, effective care delivery.
• Responsibilities include patient and caregiver education, assisting with discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• The patient population primarily includes adult and geriatric individuals requiring comprehensive rehabilitation services.

• What we’re looking for Applicants should have
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant state licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
• Inpatient Rehabilitation, Acute Care, and/or Outpatient setting experience preferred
