Provide rehabilitative residential and community support services for adults with severe mental illness or dual diagnoses. Focus on teaching independent living skills, monitoring medication, and providing crisis management interventions.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, though a Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work is preferred. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
Minimum of high school diploma or GED (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, or a related field. Must be at least 21 years of age, have demonstrated skills in the field of services to adults or children, have demonstrated the ability to work within the provider's structure and accept supervision, and have demonstrated the ability to work constructively with clients, treatment resources and the community. Personal vehicle, Illinois current driver license and insurance, good driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier. Carries cellular phone at all times to respond to participant/program needs. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, holidays during emergencies.
