Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations Create and lead individualized treatment plans Help restore movement, function, and quality of life Work closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive PT evaluations Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program) Valid state PT license Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills CPR certification preferred Qualifications
