• Shift: 1st shiftResponsibilities: Provides compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living Connects with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Performs any other duties as assigned
• QualificationsQualifications: High School graduate or GED equivalent required Successful completion of a personal care aide/direct care aide training approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Service and/or completion of at least one clinical course including 40 hours of direct care experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
