The Chaplain provides spiritual and pastoral assessments and individualized care plans for patients, families, and staff within an interdisciplinary team. They conduct worship services, facilitate community clergy linkages, and collaborate on bereavement and memorial activities.
A Master's Degree in religious or theological studies and Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) training are required. Candidates need one to five years of community service experience and must be comfortable working in an interfaith environment.
About This Position: HopeHealth is seeking an experienced Chaplain
The Chaplain actively participates as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and provide spiritual care to patients, families and staff, which are accepting, affirming and respectful of diverse belief systems and spiritual practices.
This is a full time 40 hour position working the hours of 8am-4: 30pm
