The role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to acquire and enhance essential living, social, educational, and employment skills. The primary goal is to facilitate community integration and assist in obtaining competitive employment or engaging in retirement activities.
Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver's license. Mandatory submissions include professional references, drug screening, Central Registry review, Motor Vehicle Review, Child Abuse Registry review, and passing a criminal background investigation.
