As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients. Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures as needed Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices Stay updated on the latest developments in obstetrics and gynecology Educate patients on health and wellness practices Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical program Active medical license in the state of practice Strong background in obstetrics and gynecology Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety Adept at handling medical emergencies and critical situations Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus
Schedule: 5x 8-hour shifts per week
Beeper call available
Annual Volume: ~700 deliveries
Daily Volume: 20-25 patients
Team Structure: 2 MDs, 1 NP
Must be board-certified
