Job description

NurseCore is seeking highly skilled nurses with hands-on ventilator experience to care for adult patients in the home setting. LPN: $27/hr. RN: $40/hr.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvide 1:1 skilled care for ventilator-dependent patients in the home setting.\nManage trachs, vents, airway care, suctioning, G-tubes, and medication administration.\nMonitor patient condition and respond appropriately to vent alarms and respiratory changes.\nFollow physician orders and care plans while working independently.\nMaintain clear communication with patients, families, and the clinical team.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nRecent ventilator experience with high comfort level managing vent patients independently\nActive RN or LPN license in Nevada.\nMinimum one year post-grad clinical experience.\nCurrent hands-on CPR certification .\nNegative TB test within the past year\n#INDLV
