The Assessment Specialist is responsible for scheduling and facilitating assessments and providing individual and group therapy. They also coordinate treatment plans and implement interventions to address clients' immediate needs.
Candidates must hold a CASAC, LMSW, and/or LMHC certification. Educational requirements include an Associate's degree with one year of office management experience or a high school diploma with three years of experience.
Description Assessment Specialist Arms Acres is looking for an Assessment Specialist to join our outpatient location in Queens NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive services including scheduling and facilitation of assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment plan coordination (identify immediate needs) and intervention(s) to assist with client's immediate needs. Shift is full-time Monday-Friday 9:30 - 6:00pm Must have a CASAC, LMSW and/or LMHC
