The Clinical Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use of medications through accurate order verification, dispensing, and patient-focused clinical monitoring. They act as a patient advocate and maintain strict adherence to hospital formulary policies and legal dispensing requirements.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or PharmD degree and be a Registered Pharmacist licensed in the State of Ohio. Proficiency in automated compounding systems and effective communication skills are required.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required) or Pharm D degree.
