Market context

Maryland chaplain roles favor clinical credentials

In Maryland, chaplain openings are typically strongest in hospitals, hospice, and other care settings that need experienced spiritual support staff. These roles are competitive because employers often look for a master’s degree in theology or divinity, clinical chaplaincy experience, CPE units, and certification from NACC, ACPE, or APC, plus required abuse reporter training. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then verify your certification status and CPE documentation before applying.
