How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate holistic patient care by acting as the primary link between all clinical disciplines, ensuring every specialist is aligned for a seamless recovery journey. Execute and adapt personalized patient care plans, pro-actively monitoring clinical status to ensure treatments are both safe and effective. Advocate for patient safety by meticulously carrying out physician orders and communicating real-time condition changes to the broader care team. Empower patients and families through thoughtful discharge planning, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and confident transition back home.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
What additional preferences we're seeking 2-5 Years of RN Experienced Preferred Pediatric experience is a plus
