Position

• Caregiver As a caregiver, you'll provide essential one-on-one care that improves the daily lives of our clients. Responsibilities include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments or outings, medication reminders, and creating meaningful connections that foster emotional well-being. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a lasting impact.

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Rate: $17.00/hour Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed) Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart) CNA School Program – ask for details PPE provided 401(k) with matching options Ongoing training opportunities 24/7 on‑call support for emergencies or schedule changes Holiday pay at time and a half PTO program (for full‑time employees) Supplemental Wellness Program for part-time and full-time caregivers (dental, vision, and mental health available à la carte)

Qualifications
