What You'll Be Doing: Conduct assessments to create personalized rehabilitation programs.

What We’re Looking For: Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.

Education Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licenses/Certification Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed. Current CPR certification. Experience Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
