Territory: Somerville, MA, Medford, MA Malden, MA, Everette, MA and surrounding towns Pay Range - $45.00 - $50.00 Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes Develop and implement individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Completes and submits OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges and significant change in condition in accordance with Agency defined time frames.
Registered Nurse Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts 1-2 years of experience as an Registered Nurse 1 year of experience in home health care required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
