He/she is responsible for all associated and clinical activities, participating in staff and resident scheduling, and assists, in the supervision and counseling of Nurse Aides, Resident Coordinators, or Resident Assistants.
Always functions within the limit of the Pennsylvania State Professional Standards Title 49 Chapter.
