Description Neonatal Physician Assistant - Phoenix, Arizona Solara Neonatal is searching for a Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our Practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Two years of NICU experience required.

Join a dynamic team with true colleagues committed to transparency and support, comprised of a dedicated team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, focused on delivering state-of-the-art, innovative neonatal care where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront. In this role, you will: Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues Uphold Solara’s commitment to clinical excellence and family-centered care Practice Highlights Flexible in-house shifts (12- and 24-hour options) with physician on-call support Strong local APP leadership and mentorship A collegial, team-first culture where APPs are highly valued and respected Self-scheduling to support work-life balance Opportunities to work across multiple sites with varying acuity (Level II & III NICUs) Competitive compensation package including sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, vision CME allowance Malpractice coverage Short-term disability Licensing and credentialing support PTO based on total years of experience Ongoing opportunities for QI initiatives, education, and leadership development Facility Profile Providers have the opportunity to work across a network of NICUs with diverse acuity levels: Abrazo Arrowhead Campus Level III NICU | 35 beds Abrazo West Campus Level II NICU | 4 beds Banner Thunderbird Medical Center Level III NICU | 44 beds Banner Estrella Medical Center Level III NICU | 21 beds Banner Del E.
