What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members Perform clinical procedures (tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, suctioning, etc.) Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans Complete accurate, timely documentation
