About the role

The clinician will provide direct patient care by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses in a primary care setting. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, ordering medical tests, and collaborating with supervising physicians on treatment plans.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated clinician to provide direct patient care alongside our physicians in a dynamic primary care setting. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients while working closely with a team that values collaboration, quality, and compassion. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Order and interpret medical imaging and laboratory tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Provide patient education on health management, including telehealth consultations when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory responsibilities

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology and clinical practices related to primary care.
  • Experience or training in telehealth services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certificates, licenses and registrations required

  • Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Computer skills required:
  • Spreadsheet Software (Excel);
  • Word Processing Software (Word);
  • Electronic Mail Software (Outlook);
  • Presentation software (PowerPoint);
  • Other skills required:
  • N/A

Requirements

Candidates should have a Master's degree or 4-10 years of related experience and current NCCPA certification. Proficiency in clinical practices, telehealth, and medical software is required or preferred.
