MCHC Health Centers is seeking a dedicated Float Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to join our team and deliver high-quality acute care coverage across three of our health centers. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced clinical settings, and wants to focus solely on acute visits without the ongoing responsibility of a patient panel.

What You’ll Do

• Provide short-term coverage for primary care providers who are out Treat same-day and acute care patients of all ages Work closely with care teams at each site to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care Flex between our Ukiah, Willits, and
• Lakeport health centers based on clinical need

• For: Licensed MD/DO, NP, or PA in the state of California Comfortable working independently in a team-based model Strong acute care/urgent care skills Flexible and adaptable with excellent communication
